Dawson International Plc (the "Company") announces that, on 22 July 2008, it received notification that, following the disposal of 18,450,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital or the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
