Disposal of Todd & Duncan

On 17 June 2009 the Company announced that it had signed an agreement with Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere Company Limited ("Zhongyin") for the conditional sale to Zhongyin of the business and certain of the assets of the Todd & Duncan division of Dawson International Trading Limited.

Further to the announcement made on 17 June, the Company is pleased to announce that all outstanding conditions relating to the sale have now been satisfied and completion has taken place.
