The Company has today received notification that, following an acquisition of 20,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 December 2009, Brian George White is now interested in 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8.88% of the total voting rights in the issued share capital of the Company.
