Dawson International PLC Appointment of Director
Dawson International Plc (“Dawson” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Carrie to the board of directors of the Company as an executive director with immediate effect. Jim has been Chief Operating Officer of Dawson since October 2010. James Kemp Carrie (aged 59) is currently a director of, or during the past five years has been a director of, the following companies:
Jim Carrie is interested in 800 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) representing 0.0004% of the issued share capital of the Company, 350,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 7.625p per share and 200,000 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 10.5p per share. In each case, the exercise of these options is subject to the achievement of certain performance targets. There is no further information to be disclosed under Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
